Hi, and welcome to the “Simple Climbers Program”. If you’re new to climbing or have been climbing for a while and you feel like your physical capabilities are holding you back, you’ve come to the right place. The majority of people experience some success when they first start climbing, going from V0 to V1, then V2 and so on, but eventually hit a plateau and have a hard time sending harder grades. Most people know to improve their climbing they should be do things in the gym but have no idea where to start. In this course I’ve put together a very simple list of exercises and structured it so it’s easy to understand and follow. Getting into better physical shape shouldn’t be complicated, it should be simple, easy to understand, and made for long term consistency.
