There are 6 precisely cut grooves for a variety of training options. One long grove for hand match training along with a single grove in the center for mono hangs. Two holds go straight through the board for 2 finger pocket training with hands on same side or opposite side training. Finally, there are two shallow cut groves on the top and bottom for pinch training.

Hang Boards measure 8.5"X3.5"X1.5" and weigh in at just under 1 pound. It has an approximate 18" cord for versatile mounting options and comes with a draw string bag for clean storage.
